Loki Design started out in a small section of an old cotton warehouse in downtown Athens, Georgia in 1997. From a little space and a few machines the business grew over the years, gradually taking over most of the premises.  In the summer of 2014 the building was slated for demolition and redevelopment and a search for a new location began. After a short search a new home for the business was found in Comer Georgia.  The present location is in a pair of buildings that housed a sewing mill from 1920 to 2013.  This property has more room both for existing operations and for future expansion.
